Morning, Noon, and Night
You wake up to the sound of the courtyard — water, birdsong, the faint clink of breakfast being set. Upstairs on the rooftop, the table is already laid: bread still warm, honey, fruit, olives, tea. No rush. No buffet. Just a table for you.
Midday, the pool. The light falls straight through the open courtyard and the water turns a shade of green that photographs well but feels even better. Some guests stay in. Others head out to Bahia Palace (five minutes), the souks (ten), or Jemaa el-Fna (fifteen). There is always a reason to come back.
By evening, the rooftop again. The minarets catch the last light. Dinner is served downstairs — a tagine, a salad, something sweet — or on the terrace if the night is warm enough. Then quiet. That is a day at Dar Bousga, and most of them go like this.
